Correction Policy & Report a Correction
Last updated: July 16, 2026
RoadTripMenus tries to keep guides useful and clear, but menus, prices, rewards, deals, nutrition, allergens, store services, and availability can change quickly. Corrections help keep pages better for everyone.
Send correction requests to [email protected].
How corrections are handled
- 1. Review: The report is compared with the page and the source supporting the disputed information.
- 2. Verify: When possible, menu, nutrition, reward, price, location, and amenity claims are checked against a direct source such as the official brand site, app, store locator, product label, menu board, or location.
- 3. Correct: A verified factual error is updated. If the change materially affects the page's conclusion or dataset, RoadTripMenus may add a correction note or update the relevant review date.
- 4. Preserve context: Differences caused by location, time, customization, or a temporary promotion may be clarified rather than treated as a universal correction.
RoadTripMenus does not remove accurate information simply because a brand, advertiser, or other party dislikes an editorial conclusion.
What to include
- The RoadTripMenus page URL.
- The specific sentence, table row, item, price, nutrition fact, or claim that seems wrong.
- The correction you believe should be made.
- A source if available, such as an official brand page, app screenshot, package label, menu board, or dated observation.
Personal contact information is not required beyond an email address if you want a response. Do not send account passwords, payment information, medical records, or other sensitive personal information.
Important note
RoadTripMenus is independent and cannot resolve customer-service issues for the brands it covers. For refunds, rewards account issues, store complaints, missing items, or allergen confirmation, contact the brand directly.
